Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage the artificial stems or arrangements in their original protective shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our floral specialists inspect the returned item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
